We are experts in Transportation Law and Litigation.  We draft various contracts and terms and conditions to protect our transportation clients' interests, including  ocean, air, and motor carrier bills of lading, licensing agreements, broker-carrier contracts, warehousing agreements, cargo screening terms and conditions, and general terms and service for transportation companies.  We have also conducted due diligence review of real estate transactions.  We also handle litigation of all types for our transportation clients.

International Trade

We represent and advise our business clients in connection with disputes with U.S. Customs (now U.S. Customs and Border Protection) both at the administrative level and in federal courts, including the U.S. Court of International Trade.  We are admitted We have more than thirty-five years experience litigating business disputes in both federal and State court, including the U.S. Court of International Trade.
